Professional Fees
Professional fees for architectural services are generally developed as described in the American Institute of Architects document Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Architect. Basic services generally include architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical design services. Additional services can include any or all of the required services to complete the project and can be included as part of the total professional fee structure.
The basic fee structure can be broken down into nine phases of work consisting of the following:
